“To give it a very colourful purple hue, we can add a little boiled beet when we blend it“
300 g cooked chickpeas | |
3 tbsp tahini | |
2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil | |
50 ml of water | |
Ground sweet paprika | |
Salt | |
Pita bread |
1. | Place the cooked chickpeas in the blender. Add the water, tahini, oil, salt and ground sweet paprika. Blend. Correct with water until obtaining a very fine purée. |
2. | Serve in a bowl and decorate with a little bit of ground sweet paprika and virgin olive oil. Accompany it with pita bread. |
