Ingredients for 4 people

300 g cooked chickpeas
3 tbsp tahini
2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
50 ml of water
Ground sweet paprika
Salt
Pita bread
Hummus is a caloric protein dish with a texture suitable for those with mouth sores

Preparation

1.Place the cooked chickpeas in the blender. Add the water, tahini, oil, salt and ground sweet paprika. Blend. Correct with water until obtaining a very fine purée.
2.Serve in a bowl and decorate with a little bit of ground sweet paprika and virgin olive oil. Accompany it with pita bread.

Chef’s tip

To give it a very colourful purple hue, we can add a little boiled beet when we blend it
