4 Greek yogurts | |
3 apples of a non-acidic variety | |
40 g brown sugar | |
1 cinnamon stick | |

1. | To prepare the compote, peel the apples, remove the core and cut into small pieces. In a saucepan, place the apples, brown sugar and cinnamon stick for flavouring. Cook over a low heat and uncovered for about 20 minutes, or until the apples have released all the water and are very soft. After this time, remove the cinnamon stick. Mash the compote with a fork or blend with a blender to obtain a fine cream. |
2. | When the compote has cooled, fill the bottom of a bowl or glass with the apple and cover with the Greek yogurt. Garnish with cinnamon powder. |
