INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

50 g peanut butter
40 g honey
40 g walnuts
10 g sunflower seeds
5 g pumpkin seeds
15 g raisins
A bite of energy

PREPARATION

1.Heat the peanut butter and honey in the microwave at medium power at 30-second intervals until it has a smooth consistency.
2.Chop the nuts and raisins to the desired size and mix them with the peanut butter and honey.
3.Place the mixture in a mold with a height of 2 cm and cool in the refrigerator.
4.Remove from the mold and cut into portions.
