“Keep in the fridge to preserve the texture“
50 g peanut butter | |
40 g honey | |
40 g walnuts | |
10 g sunflower seeds | |
5 g pumpkin seeds | |
15 g raisins |
1. | Heat the peanut butter and honey in the microwave at medium power at 30-second intervals until it has a smooth consistency. |
2. | Chop the nuts and raisins to the desired size and mix them with the peanut butter and honey. |
3. | Place the mixture in a mold with a height of 2 cm and cool in the refrigerator. |
4. | Remove from the mold and cut into portions. |
