Ingredients for 4 people

2 oranges
1 lemon
Mint leaves
2 teaspoons of honey
The cubes help refresh the mouth, stay hydrated and mask the metallic taste of the water

Preparation

1.Wash the citrus fruits, grate the peel of one orange and a lemon.
2.Cut the citrus in half and juice them.
3.Mix the juice with the honey and the citrus peel.
4.Chop the mint and add it.
5.Pour the liquid into ice cube trays and freeze.
6.If we want to make mini ice-creams, when they are slightly frozen stick a toothpick in them.
7.Remove the ice cubes from the mould and serve.

The cubes can be used to flavour water. Also as small ice-creams
