“The cubes can be used to flavour water. Also as small ice-creams“
2 oranges | |
1 lemon | |
Mint leaves | |
2 teaspoons of honey |
1. | Wash the citrus fruits, grate the peel of one orange and a lemon. |
2. | Cut the citrus in half and juice them. |
3. | Mix the juice with the honey and the citrus peel. |
4. | Chop the mint and add it. |
5. | Pour the liquid into ice cube trays and freeze. |
6. | If we want to make mini ice-creams, when they are slightly frozen stick a toothpick in them. |
7. | Remove the ice cubes from the mould and serve. |
