4 protein-rich yogurts | |
2 ripe bananas | |
8 ripe dates | |
4 tablespoons of almond cream | |
4 tbsp chopped chocolate chip biscuits | |
4 tbsp powdered milk | |
4 tbsp chopped walnuts | |
4 mint sprouts |
1. | Chop the dates and bananas. |
2. | Add the yogurt and powdered milk to a bowl and beat with a whisk. Add the dates, bananas and chopped walnuts. |
3. | Serve with a base of almond cream, add the mixture from the bowl and top it with the crushed chocolate biscuits that emulate earth. On top of this 'earth' plant a mint sprout that grows out of the pot with some optional edible flowers. |
