Ingredients for 4 people

4 protein-rich yogurts
2 ripe bananas
8 ripe dates
4 tablespoons of almond cream
4 tbsp chopped chocolate chip biscuits
4 tbsp powdered milk
4 tbsp chopped walnuts
4 mint sprouts
An attractive and complete proposal that can help in situations of low appetite


1.Chop the dates and bananas.
2.Add the yogurt and powdered milk to a bowl and beat with a whisk. Add the dates, bananas and chopped walnuts.
3.Serve with a base of almond cream, add the mixture from the bowl and top it with the crushed chocolate biscuits that emulate earth. On top of this 'earth' plant a mint sprout that grows out of the pot with some optional edible flowers.
