Ingredients for 4 people

Parsley
1 clove of garlic
8 black olives
300 g cooked white beans
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1 egg white
1 can of sardines
Pulses are foods rich in fibre and protein

Preparation

1.Chop the olives, garlic and parsley.
2.Put the beans in a bowl and mash them lightly with a fork.
3.Add the sardines and mash them.
4.Add the chopped olives with the garlic and parsley, the egg whites and the flour and mix well.
5.Put the dough in a ring mould to shape it into a hamburger.
6.Cook the hamburgers in the frying pan, briefly each side, with a little oil.
7.Serve the hamburger on a plate with a green sprout salad.

If we don’t have a ring mould, make balls with the dough and flatten them
