“When making the roll, a damp cloth can be used to stop the rice paper sticking“
800 g roasted chicken and vegetables | |
8-12 rice paper sheets | |
120 g peanut butter |
1. | Crumble the roasted chicken and vegetables slightly. |
2. | Add some broth from the roasted chicken to the peanut butter until you obtain a creamy texture. |
3. | Wet a sheet of rice paper for 10 seconds, place on a clean cloth and wait for it to hydrate and become elastic. |
4. | Put one or two tablespoons of crumbled meat and vegetables (depending on the size of the rice paper sheet) on the rice paper. Roll up and close the sides to make packages. |
5. | Take a roll with your fingers and dip it in the sauce. |
