CHEF’S TIP
“For a thicker consistency, heat the rice milk and carob flour mixture slightly“
1 liter rice milk | |
80 g rice flour | |
100 g sugar | |
1 apple | |
2 ripe bananas | |
4 tbsp carob flour | |
1 lemon | |
1 cinnamon stick |
1. | Thicken 3/4 L of the rice milk with rice flour. |
2. | Separately, mix the carob flour with some rice milk and sugar. |
3. | Heat the rest of the rice milk (1/4 L) until it starts boiling, then add the rest of the sugar, lemon peel, and cinnamon stick. |
4. | Remove the lemon peel and cinnamon stick. |
5. | Gradually add the flour-thickened rice milk. Cook over a low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. |
6. | Add the ripe banana, grated apple, and lemon juice and mash everything together. |
7. | Serve in three layers. |
