1 large avocado | |
1 tomato | |
½ spring onion | |
200 ml water | |
Cilantro | |
½ lemon | |
Thickener | |
Salt |
1. | Peel and cut the spring onion. |
2. | Chop the coriander to taste. |
3. | Dice the avocado. |
4. | Chop the tomato without skin and seeds. |
5. | Add all the ingredients in a blender with the water, except for the thickener. |
6. | Add lemon juice to taste. Depending on the texture, add the necessary dose of thickener. It may be a dessert spoon. |
7. | Continue blending until the required texture is obtained. |
