“Depending on the amount of water in the strawberries, the amount of thickener will need to be rectified.“
400 g strawberries | |
250 g cream cheese | |
A pinch of icing sugar | |
Thickener |
1. | Blend the sliced strawberries in the blender, together with the cream cheese and a pinch of icing sugar. |
2. | Add the thickener needed and blend until you get a pudding-like texture that sticks to the spoon. |
3. | Serve in a glass. You can decorate with fresh mint leaves. |
